In this University Lecture, Prof. William Julius Wilson will address his timely and provocative new book on domestic poverty, More than Just Race: Being Black & Poor in the Inner City. Other works by Prof. Wilson include The Declining Significance of RaceThe Truly DisadvantagedWhen Work Disappears: The World of the New Urban Poor; and The Bridge over the Racial Divide: Rising Inequality and Coalition Politics.

The lecture will be followed by a book signing and reception.
